West Moreton Anglican College has a staff of 104 full-time teaching staff and 49 administrative and ancillary staff.
The Principal has a senior management team of 12 who provide executive support in the areas of curriculum, facility management, finance, human resource management, and marketing and development. Within the College's three Sub-Schools (Junior, Middle and Senior), a Head and Deputy Head direct staff with the support of House Coordinators and individual Tutors.
