A bequest made in your Will, no matter what size, is an opportunity to invest in the future of WestMAC. It will make a difference in the lives of our students, and will enable you to leave a lasting legacy.

A bequest can be made in a variety of ways – share of your estate, fixed sum of money or a specific gift.

You may find the following words helpful for inclusion in your Will, however, it is important to see your legal advisor before you do so.

For your gift to WestMAC we recommend the following wording for your legal adviser’s consideration:

To donate a percentage of your estate

  • "I give to West Moreton Anglican College (ABN 28 410 978 058), for its general purposes, free of all duties % of my residuary estate for which an authorised receipt from West Moreton Anglican College will be a sufficient discharge for the executor(s) or trustee."

OR

  • "I give to West Moreton Anglican College (ABN 28 410 978 058), for its general purposes, free of all duties the whole of the residue of my estate for which an authorised receipt from West Moreton Anglican College will be a sufficient discharge for the executor(s) or trustee."

To donate a specific sum

  • "I give to West Moreton Anglican College (ABN 28 410 978 058), for its general purposes, free of all duties the sum of $ for which an authorised receipt from West Moreton Anglican College will be a sufficient discharge for the executor(s) or trustee."

Potential benefactors can be assured that all communication with the College regarding bequests will be strictly confidential.
