West Moreton Anglican College

West Moreton Anglican College operates a Uniform Shop on campus that stocks all uniform requirements for students, including uniforms for sporting activities.

Mrs Glenda Boike is the Convenor of the Uniform Shop and Mrs Martha Harbort is her assistant. The College gratefully acknowledges the many wonderful volunteers who provide invaluable assistance at the Uniform Shop throughout the year.

We invite students and their parents and guardians to visit the Uniform Shop for all their uniform needs or to order their uniforms by phone, fax or email.

Trading Hours

The Uniform Shop is open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am to 3.30pm on school days. Other opening times are advertised in the College newsletter and in the Uniform Shop Update.

Students new to the College at the start of the year are encouraged to make an appointment for January to ensure that staff will be available to help them with their uniform requirements.

Exchange/refund policy

As long as an item has not been used and is in the same condition as when it was purchased, it can be exchanged. A refund for an item will be given provided that the price paid for the item can be verified (receipt may be necessary).

Second hand items will be refunded or exchanged proving the second hand tag is still attached and the item has not been used.

Lay-by

During the year uniforms can be placed on Lay-by at the Uniform Shop. Please refer to the Lay-By Policy for further details.

Purchasing Uniforms

Uniforms can be purchased by visiting the Uniform Shop or by making a phone, mail, email, or fax order. Paid orders can be delivered to students in Prep to Year 6 classes or picked up from the Uniform Shop or from the Junior, Middle or Senior School Receptions.

The following payment methods are accepted at the Uniform Shop:

2. Cheque – made payable to West Moreton Anglican College
3. MasterCard and Visa credit cards

Second Hand Uniforms

The Uniform Shop accepts second hand uniforms that are in good condition for resale. During the term the items received are processed and the proceeds will appear as a credit on your College Statement of Account for the following term.

Second hand items are only accepted at the Uniform Shop during opening hours. Items are not accepted during December and January due to the busy back-to-school trading period.

If you would like to sell your uniforms, please read the Conditions for Acceptance of Second Hand Items for Resale form and include a completed Second Hand Request Form and Second Hand Items Request Form with your uniforms.

Blazer Pocket Embroidery

Students in Years 7 to 12 are eligible to be awarded lines and colours that can be embroidered onto their blazer pockets by taking the “Letter of Authority” and award to the Uniform Shop and paying the required fee.

The embroidery is done on a larger blazer pocket which is hand stitched over the top of the existing blazer pocket.

Year 12 students are entitled to have “Senior year” on their blazer pocket.  All Year 7 to 12 students are entitled to have their House colour on their blazer pocket. Middle and Senior School College leaders are also entitled to have a line embroidered on top of their pocket.
