Marketing and Communications Manager

We are seeking a senior marketing professional to oversee and drive key functions in the areas of marketing, enrolments, public relations, communications, publications, promotions, and special events.

The requirements of the role include the ability to undertake the following:

  • Design, develop and execute the College’s Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Proactively and collegially drive the marketing, enrolments and communications team in realising the deliverables from the Marketing Plan
  • Ensure that the College’s enrolment process and CRM seamlessly integrate to provide a customised and efficient enrolment process utilising digital media and relevant social media platforms and events
  • Ensure that the College’s digital marketing strategy and deployment, including the website, school app and relevant social media platforms are operating at optimum relevancy and freshness
  • Oversee and implement the College’s array of digital and print marketing collateral and ensure that branding and style guide requirements are met
  • Oversee all aspects of the College’s media relationships with the local community, school stakeholder groups, alumni and general media
  • Chair the College’s Strategic Marketing Committee comprising a range of senior College staff including the Principal

The ideal candidate will possess the following but not limited to:

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Management, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications or similar from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded.

  • Excellent verbal and numeric reasoning skills.

  • Present personally in a professional, confident, affable and diplomatic manner with a high level of grooming and deportment.
  • Strong event management skills and experience.
  • Must be competent in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and social media technology
