Reporting to the Deputy Principal, this key role is an integral member of our administrative support staff and is the primary contact point for visitors, parents, and contractors and as such requires a dynamic and engaging customer service professional with advanced skills in organisation and communication.

This position also provides administrative support to the Director of Student Experiences. Advanced skills in administration, data entry and records creation are required to support this role.

Candidate Profile
  • Intermediate knowledge and ability to use Microsoft computer programs.
  • High level communication skills and specifically the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in a calm, non-emotional, proactive manner.
  • A cheerful disposition and customer focus.
  • An ability to understand and uphold the Anglican Ethos of the College.
  • Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use The Alpha School System (TASS) software including Parent Lounge.
  • Experience in working in a school environment.
