Enrol at WestMAC
How to get started enrolling at WestMAC
Our friendly enrolments team can provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. Please note, many of our year levels have waitlists so early enrolment is encouraged!
Our enrolments process for Australian students
At WestMAC, our enrolments process is designed to equip you with all the information you need to make an informed decision for your child. While we accept enrolment applications year-round, our enrolments process is as follows:
Step 1: Apply for enrolment
Parents are invited to apply for their child's enrolment by completing the step-by-step application form online.
You’ll be required to provide your child’s Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship documents, two current school reports, NAPLAN results and any other specialist reports (such as a psychological or medical report).
A non-refundable enrolment application fee of $250 is payable online for each student.
Please note: WestMAC is a non-selective school and accepts enrolments in chronological order. If a waitlist applies, consideration is given to siblings, children of staff members, Defence families and alumni.
Step 2: Assessment and review
Students entering Prep to Year 2 are required to complete a readiness interview.
Students entering Years 3 to 12 are required to undertake online academic testing held on campus, prior to attending an interview with the Head of School.
The results of these assessments, along with school reports and any specialist assessments, further informs the enrolment process.
Step 3: Interview
Once the assessment and review has been completed, the relevant sub-school will contact you to arrange an interview with the Head of School. An interview with the Head of School is an essential part of the process. At the interview, parents and students are required to acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Code of Behaviour and the Parent/College Contract at the interview.
Step 4: Offers
Letters of offer will be issued following all interviews.
Step 5: Confirmation of enrolment
An Enrolment Confirmation Fee of $750 is payable to secure your child’s place at the College once an offer of enrolment has been made. This non-refundable fee includes a $350 credit applied to your child’s first term fees, with the remaining $400 directed to the College Building Fund to support future facilities and growth.
Families with confirmed places for 2026 or 2027 and their siblings, whether existing or future, will continue under the previous Family Deposit fee structure.
Step 6: Orientation
Parents and incoming students commencing at the beginning of the next school year will be invited to attend an orientation ‘New Students’ Day’ in December before the entry year.
West Moreton Anglican College respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners, the Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul People of the Yugara/Yagara Language Group, as custodians of the land and waters we share.
