International Enrolments
Begin your global learning experience
There are so many benefits to applying for study in a safe, supportive Australian school like WestMAC. Your child will have access to a world-class education, modern facilities and an incredibly diverse range of extracurricular activities to enhance their learning through a quintessential Australian learning experience.
Applying for enrolment into our International Program couldn’t be easier. Our friendly staff are available to help you with each step of the process.
Step 1: Submit your application for enrolment
Applications for international enrolment at WestMAC are completed through a secure online form.
During this process, you will be required to submit documents, including:
- health information, including immunisation details
- academic reports for the last two years
- a copy of your child’s passport biopage (note: if your child’s passport has not been issued, please apply and provide a copy as soon as possible)
- evidence of English language level if applying for direct entry into high school
- any other specialist reports (e.g. psychological or medical reports).
Step 2: Assessment for acceptance
After you’ve completed your application, it will be passed directly to our Director of International Student Programs. If your child has been accepted into our International Study Program, we will issue a letter of offer, invoice and written agreement for you to review.
You will need to pay your invoice and sign and return your written agreement in order to confirm your child’s enrolment into our program. Your application is considered complete when you receive a Confirmed Offer of Enrolment.
Step 3: Homestay confirmation
Once you’ve received your confirmation, we will begin preparing for your child’s arrival. We will send you a homestay application form and arrival notice which will help us to organise a suitable host family and airport transfer arrangements. When your completed documents are returned to the College, we will confirm all arrival details with you as soon as possible.
