Kindergarten

West Moreton C&K Community Kindergarten provides a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment where children develop a range of skills that prepares them for school and future learning. Our fully-qualified early childhood educators are passionate about helping children learn through play; exploring, learning and discovering their potential.

We offer a two day program from 8.00am until 3.30pm, with a choice of Monday and Tuesday (blue group) or Thursday and Friday (green group). A small group of approximately 20 children attend daily which fosters and form a stable group of friends of the same age, whom they learn to know and trust. The Kindy is well equipped and our program is enriched through experiences offered at the College, for example, visits to the library and farm.

Parent involvement is welcome through through daily interactions with staff, participating in the program and voluntary membership of the Kindergarten’s Management Committee.

We are a registered provider for the Child Care Benefit and eligible parents can claim fees. For families that hold a current Health Care Card, there is also a subsidy.

For more information contact the Director, Mrs Carolyn Symonds on telephone 07 3813 4540, email or visit the C&K website.
