Conveniently located on campus, the High Performance Gym caters to every students individual fitness level. Access functional, strength & conditioning, and cardio equipment within 5minutes of class. Using gym-based exercises and equipment, students can look forward to learning new exercises and methods of training, whilst increasing their knowledge and taking care of physical & mental health. Popular amongst Middle School and Senior School students aged 11 to 18 years, there is an opportunity to refine legitimate sport skills and have fun at the same time. Join the cross-fit open-air gym which is backed with exceptional support from skilled teachers.

A structured, gym-based program designed for teens. Specifically, those who wish to increase:

  • Strength
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Agility and balance
  • Endurance

Available to you:

  • Open 5 days a week
  • Mondays & Thursdays 3:15pm - 4:30pm
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 7am – 8am
  • Online safety induction video and questionnaire
  • Parent permission online consent form via parent portal
  • Late bus convenience after a workout in the afternoons.
  • Team specific sessions: All boys session focusing on strength and conditioning related to rugby, volleyball, basketball and football. All girls sessions focusing on strength and conditioning related to netball, basketball, football, volleyball and touch football.
  • Gym fitted out with wide range of functional strength and conditioning equipment and two tonnes of weights.
