Governance

Strong, organisational frameworks with dynamic and experienced leadership

As a Diocesan-owned school established under the Anglican Church of Southern Queensland’s Regulation Canon, our governing body is Diocesan Council. It is from this relationship that our school takes its corporate status.

Our Council delegates certain governance functions to our College Council via our College’s Charter. In circumstances where the directors of the governing body must be provided with a report about sexual abuse or likely sexual abuse, the Diocesan Council has, pursuant to Section 366B of the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 (Qld), delegated that role to the Executive Director, Anglican Schools Commission.
