West Moreton Anglican College is blessed to have a full-time Anglican Chaplain, who provides spiritual and pastoral leadership within the College and the broader community.

The School Chaplain provides spiritual and pastoral leadership within the College and its wider College community. This includes a range of day-to-day matters affecting the spiritual, social and emotional wellbeing of the students and members of the College community. The Chaplain also co-ordinates the social justice activities throughout the College community. The Chaplain is a non-teaching role and does not deliver the Religious and Values Education (RAVE) classes.

West Moreton Anglican College receives funding under the National School Chaplaincy and Student Welfare Program (NSCSWP). This funding is used to support the Chaplaincy Service in the College.

The objectives of the Program are to assist school communities to provide pastoral care and general spiritual, social and emotional comfort to all students, irrespective of their faith or beliefs. This can include support and guidance about ethics, values, relationships and spiritual issues; the provision of student welfare; and enhancing engagement with the broader community.
