College Location and Facilities

Visitors to the campus are invariably impressed by the openness of the leafy semi-rural setting of WestMAC with the school facilities sprawling over a 38-hectare campus with landscaped grounds including a farming facility to house the College’s award-winning cattle breeding program and cattle show team.

West Moreton Anglican College Council has overseen a significant aspirational plan to improve educational facilities since 2011. Since that time, a program of construction of new facilities and a refurbishment of existing facilities has seen the expenditure of over $50 million between 2011 and 2023.

The appointee will have a wonderful opportunity to oversee and lead a new master plan, Towards 2040, which was recently launched. This blueprint outlines the next exciting phase of educational facility development at WestMAC and envisages expenditure of over $80 million out to 2034 on a large $ 40 million Performing Arts Center, a $20 million Student Hub commencing in mid-2024 and completed in 2025 and campus wide refurbishment and upgrade projects. Collectively, these projects seek to reinforce the College’s reputation as the preeminent educational offering in the region and, as such, represent a wonderful opportunity for an aspirational educational leader to lead this community to its next chapter.
